Goodin Images require collection of funds in accordance with the following schedule.
• 20% of quoted total cost per the agreed contract. Required at the time of signing the contract in order to retain the booking date.
• Additional 40% of quoted total cost per the agreed contract.
Required 30 days prior to the Wedding date.
• Additional 40% of quoted total cost per the agreed contract. (Payment in Full) Required after viewing but prior to collecting your photo package including discs. And, If a photo album is agreed to in the contract, the album will not be ordered unless the final payment is made and your final approval is given for its contents.
Wedding cancelation and return Policy
• Prior to 60 days to the wedding date If the wedding is cancelled the 20% Deposit will be returned in full. Prior to 60 days If you no longer prefer our services half of the required deposit will be returned.
• Within 60 days and prior to 30 days to the wedding date the 20% deposit will be retained.
• Within 30 days to the wedding date 30% of the quoted total cost per the agreed contract will be retained.
