To get the most out of your photography and so I can get truly creative.  I suggest you consider the timing of the ceremony to maximize the best possible lighting for your photographs. The best time of the day for your location type shots is normally the golden hour just prior to sunset and twilight an extra 15 minutes after.

Ask if you need to adjust for high terrain or obstructions at the location. Example if your venue is at the base of foothills, Tall trees etc.

I would like you to consider the following timings however travelling time may require an additional period.

Bride and the girls must be dressed and ready.

Pre wedding photos allow 1.5-2 hours

5 hours prior to sunset

Ceremony (assuming a half hour ceremony)

3 hours before sunset

Congratulations/ family photos (allow 1 hour)

2.5 hours before sunset

Location photos (allow 1:45)

1.5 hours before sunset

+15mins after sunset

Reception from sunset + 30 minutes.
